Step-by-step cooperation model starting at the point at which the client want to begin working with MIIM

 

MIIM and the client signed a Cooperation agreement, and the following steps were carried out:

  • MIIM and the customer concur on specific candidate selection standards.
  • The most qualified candidates are chosen via MIIM’s internal resources, including its database of current and former employees, job posting sites, and social media platforms.
  • The most qualified candidates resumes are then forwarded to the client based on MIIM’s assessment.
  • If necessary, MIIM arranges a video conference between the client and candidates to assess the candidates’ language and knowledge.

The following steps are taken when the client confirms the candidate for employment in the client’s business:

  • MIIM assigns employee for work in your company.
  • The client introduces employees with at work safety and all other instructions and orders of client.
  • The client places the employee in his work schedule.
  • At the beginning of the month, the client sends us the work schedule for the hours. worked by the rental employee in the previous month.
  • MIIM issues an invoice in accordance with the agreement.

Video call

If necessary, MIIM arranges a video conference between the client and candidates to assess the candidates’ language and knowledge

Start the work

MIIM assigns employee for work in your company. The client introduces employees with at work safety and all other instructions and orders of client. The client places the employee in his work schedule

Working hours

At the beginning of the month, the client sends us the work schedule for the hours worked by the rental employee in the previous month

Invoice

MIIM issues an invoice to client in accordance with the agreement and the work schedule

  • We work with skilled EU residents and holders of EU residency permits.
  • We collaborate with numerous hotels and restaurants in Latvia and Scandinavia.
  • Strict hiring procedures, including assessments of candidates linguistic and professional skills.
  • Keeping an eye on and supporting our contracted workers for the duration of the contract.
  • Modifiable lease terms.
  • MIIM abides by the labor laws of the relevant nation with regard to sick leave and vacation pay, as well as work hours, rest periods, breaks, and overtime compensation.
  • Additionally, we contribute to pension plans as required by law.
  • All salary taxes that apply are paid in the appropriate counties.
  • Every employee has a personal number, and in the relevant nation, a tax card is mandated.
  • We work with skilled EU residents and holders of EU residency permits.
  • We work with numerous construction companies in Latvia and all around EU
